locksmith for over 25 years practicing in the areas of Residential, Commercial, Education and Healthcare.
What is your primary product or service?
Mobile Locksmith Service. Lock rekeying, lock repairs, deadbolt installations, door installations and repairs and keyless entry systems.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our founder - Bill Palmer, was introduced to locksmithing by a friend who had attended locksmith school. He encouraged Bill to explore the trade and Bill ended up working as an apprentice at a local lock shop. Bill is also a graduate of the Construction Management Program at Wentworth Institute Of Technology and hold an Unrestricted MA Construction Supervisors License.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Palmer lock and Key offers early evening and weekend appointments, at no extra charge and we are always happy to install customer supplied hardware. Our $99.99 REST EZ REKEY SPECIAL is also something that sets us apart. It's a great value and makes a fabulous house warming gift for those that you care about who have just purchased a new home.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently only offer mobile service,but we do have plans to open a retail location on the Route 44 Auto Mile in Raynham, in April of 2015.

We accept all major credit cards, cash and personal or business checks

All of Plymouth and Bristol County.
