How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am an artist and found I was good at this early on. This allowed me to work at my art and earn a living.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have a BFA in art. This helps me guide people with their projects. We are sensitive to our customer's needs. Being in someone's home or business can potentially become obtrusive. We balance the requirements of the project with our customer's daily life, trying to make things as comfortable as possible. Many times projects can be approached in different ways and to different degrees of finish. We try to inform and educate people as to the differences and how the cost may vary according to that. It's important that everyone is on the same page.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I'm based out of my house in Darmtmouth. We mostly work in southeastern Mass. We also get into the Tiverton, RI/Little Compton,RI area.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks mostly. I can accept credit cards but prefer checks.
