How long have you been in business?
Ashley Ford opened its doors in 1963. We have been in business for over 50 years!
What is your primary product or service?
We provide sales, service and parts for all Ford, Lincoln & Mercury products. We also have a state-of-the art collision center.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The owner, Bob Bancroft, has worked in every department in the business. He started out as a salesperson, then worked the service desk as a service writer so he knows the business inside and out!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Other dealerships in the SouthCoast area have come and gone but Ashley Ford has remained in the business for over 50 years! We continue to provide top-notch customer service year after year.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have only one location, 395 Mt. Pleasant St., New Bedford, MA 02746
